You really want to have a team mate like him

Martin Pospíšil proved again he is an absolute trooper. 2 times venged his teamates last night ! You do not see this often. :d

I disagree, the Christiansen hit on Kuzmenko was as clean as can be, why would you try to start a fight after that? Honestly, I find it a little pathetic and soft from Pospisil, but maybe that’s just me… :d

Hey, you always have to respond for your buddy, whatever the hit was, there no excuse :d  He has it in his DNA, that´s important, this is the mentality he is famous for and the reason why he is so highly valued

Kraken and Capitals are the only teams to go unrepresented.

For Canada, Parayko over Weegar is certainly a choice, and I would’ve put Thompson over Montembeault. For Sweden, no Eklund or Zetterlund? I believe Eklund has 23 points on the season in 27 games.

  • Latest Posts around Totallympics

    • Back for year 2 of Totallympics Awards    At least if I have the time to get it done… I’ve been really busy lately, I haven’t even been able to update all the various sporting event threads.
    • You may find it interesting.   Here in Poland, a plebiscite was organized for the Youth Word of the Year.   And the winner is... SIGMA.   "The term "sigma" is assigned to an individualist who does not live according to the traditional patterns prevailing around us. Sigma male is often defined as a person who has their own principles that they follow and does not need acceptance from society. "Sigma" is a description of a successful, self-confident, outstanding person who can be admired. Sigma is a "lone wolf", convinced of their extraordinary nature, but does not flaunt it. They set rules that they strictly follow. This name is also used to describe an introverted person who lives outside of traditional social hierarchies. It is believed that people with this personality value solitude and autonomy and avoid large social gatherings. Which is better sigma male or alpha male? Alphas are at the very top of the male socio-sexual hierarchy while sigmas do not have a fixed place within the hierarchy. Alphas tend to be more extroverted, traditional, and aggressive while Sigmas usually keep to themselves, think outside of the box, and have a calm disposition."   Well, i really like this word.
    • Believe me, few days ago i wanted to write here that IF Anamarija Lampic learns how to shoot, she'll be just unbeatable. But at first I just didn't want to jinx it and then - honestly - i forgot. And i was thinking... big IF though.   And now... i'm so happy for her. Congrats!   Waiting for one missed shot in the next sprint and then... ZERO!
    • THE LIGHT BULBS ARE ON!!! THE LIGHT BULBS ARE ON!!!
    • Not only a new PB for our resident 39yo grandma (who would have guessed it, in a sprint even), but also the third best performance for Žurauskaitė.   The first ever time that two Lithuanian women get points in the same race.   The first time that three Lithuanian women qualify for a pursuit.   Nations cup record for women as well.   And mostly this result happened, because yesterday they got the news that Sara Urumova made world cup qualification at the IBU, we will have a women's relay after a 5 year hiatus and our chances to qualify our first historical women's relay squad to the Olympics is looking much much more likely now.   The men might struggle to keep their 20th place a bit more tbh
    • There's Polsat Sport but I also watch streaming.
    • A three man breakaway in ice hockey? This would look bad in football let alone here
    • With the following restrictions: * one skater / pair per event * no team event * can only qualify from the last chance qualification event
    • As usual, I will leave some suggestions for the Best Paralympic Athlete category.   Didn't include individuals from winter sports due to the lack of World Championships this year. Feel free to add names to the list.
