Yeah, but the problem is that unless you are strict on Day 1 then almost every race you get a mess almost every race.

 

As I always say, you NEVER* see false starts in swimming because everyone knows that there is no second chance.

 

 

* OK, maybe from the Afghans or Congolese who don’t know the system.

Mayer only took one long jump, so obviously not going to overdo things.

Considering the number of decathlons he actually achieved in his carrer, I'd say he is still a U23 athlete :rolleyes:
