Huh??? So there were 248 quotas originally in boxing. IOC then allocated two refugee quotas which in theory don't count towards the 248. So when they announced Rady Gramane :MOZ had been allocated a universality quota that originally didn't exist my assumption had been that because Cindy Ngamba was effectively occupying two quotas simultaneously ie. a refugee quota and an actual quota, there was a spare quota which they seeemingly had allocated as a universality quota.

Seems like they may have changed their mind on that but this has nothing to do with Cindy Ngamba's abilities just the number of quotas they have allocated.

I understand, your reasoning could obviously be applied by IOC and Boxing WG.  But not necessarily.

Cindy earned a normal quota and I think she was just incorporated into the Refugee Team as she has no other NOC.

Yep, I know, anyway, same can be said about the majority of her opponents, She definitely will not be among the favorites, but, hey just qualifying for the first time ever in W Boxing is already a great and historic achievement by itself for her and us.

Two boxers are missing from the list of entries in the IOC-schedule.

57 kg (men) :NGR Dolapo Omole

71 kg (mne) :TUR Tuğrulhan Erdemir

Are they withdrawn?

Magomed Schachidow :GER received a late invite as his oponent in OQT1 has banned due to doping.

So I assume that Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev :UZB is out.
