Yes but Italy is guaranteed to win the quota by ranking in case someone else gets the European quota. So, one way or another, Italy will have 2 men and therefore 2 teams.

no idea why ISSF allowed that...it was already a big issue last week in Rio for the Rifle & Pistol qualifiers and it will be in Doha once again :facepalm:

      Yea she did not meet the minimum points. Since the event doesn't have enough qualifiers, its possible the FIS still grants her a quota
