:SVK had to beat :ESP in the last match by more than 17 goals today to secure the first place in its Qualifying Group and thus automatic Qualification for the World Champs 2024.

And it happened. :d

Man ! Poland escaped from hell here, scoring a empty-netter to beat :ESP for the last European spot.

Must feel terrible for the Spaniards though, Never in my dreams would have expected so great effort and resistence from them. 3 minutes to the end they were losing only 5-6 and still very well on the road of first historic qualification, but with that empty-netter to 7-5 :POL very likely did the job and avoided what would have been an unbelievable embarassement :p

    • That’s good news. There’s been no mention of the team in the local papers at all. If they go, I think they’ll be the first Philippine athletes to represent the country in a team event at the World Games.
