Came across this Ted Talk after Akashi shared a clip from it on his Instagram. He’s a very good speaker, and it’s an interesting presentation.

Cambodia has a skeleton slider, apparently :p  He'll compete in one of the 'races' in Pyeongchang tomorrow.

Yep, South Korea has been supporting some smaller/new programs. I know the Nigerians have been at the track training new drivers and brakeman as well.

Who knows, maybe if they find another 50 exotic nations, the IOC will give them a break and assign them two extra spots or something. :p

In an interesting point the weightlifting federation in Cambodia will oversee skeleton (as per the article)....I give it 2 cycles till we see a mixed weightlifting skeleton event at a Youth Olympics (just kidding ofc)

They could train with the chess-boxing team.
