Could the exemption for clubs funded by the military help them? Or are they more involved in the military?

Yeah, probably that would help. But some athletes from these clubs also get formal military ranks, I'm not sure how World Aquatics will estimate this.

Godun has been training in Italy and Hungary for over 2 years. It's strange that she didn't take a Hungarian passport. Our predecures are so long that it probably wouldn't make sense.

Some more Russians including Evgeniia Chikunova and WJR holder Miron Lifintsev have been approved to compete as neutrals but still no Kliment Kolesnikov.

12 year old  Grayson Coulter swam a long course meter 200m freestyle time of 1:54.40! The fastest ever 12 year old.

 

Also had some other incredible swims at the Queensland Championships.

Basically every swim is near the top of all time age rankings. Some by quite a large margin.
