Christchurch meeting,Denny improves sb by 5 centimetres[it's not quite going as he expected in the early part of the season,i listened to a podcast he does,but it is just the start of the season]. Lawrence Okoye finished second in the comp,improves from 61.93 season opener in Adelaide to 63.30 Today.

Caudrey has been an emerging talent for a few years, but has absolutely skyrocketed to world class in about 18 months - it's not just that she hit a 4.80 mid. It's that she's doing it in almost every competition at the moment, which makes her an absolute medal shout at elite level, though she will likely need 4,90 if she's gonna scare the top step. If holly Bradshaw makes it back by the summer, you may have the absurdity of women's pole vault being GB's best field event - and trust me, in a GB historic context, that is an absurdity.

🚨 400m WR ALERT🚨 

 

Christopher Morales Williams  just broke the indoor 400m WR during the SEC Championships in Fayetteville with a 44.49.

Previous best was Michael Norman's 44.52.

Don't want to throw shade on him but he's an absolutely random guy, at least for breaking a WR  No credential to his name. Still young though, only turning 20 in August. Previous best from last year : 45.48 as a u20. 45.39 indoors this year.

  Firifirica opens his season with 64.34 at the National winter throwing championships

Shanice craft improves her seasons best to 63.47 at the winter throwing championships

Meanwhile for the men at the meet Daniel Jasisnki threw 64.39 for his first attempt and Clemens Prufer[now examiner] threw his third ever best competition throw to win the whole comp with 65.45 on his fourth attempt.

Last discus update for a few days i think because most of the relevant winter throwing championships have passed now.

Melina- freaking Robert- Michon at age 44 opens another season up with 61.02,sixth on this years throw list at the moment.
