most likely, but not exactly new to the Games...this is his 3rd appearance after 2008 and 2012 (and in both cases he did even reach the 2nd round of the actual Olympic tournament)...

Yeah now that Mauritius qualified they are now among the final three non-tripartite African nations without a quota (along with and )

 

Interestingly enough all three have a chance at qualifying in table tennis later this week (should Cameroon not qualify here)

Senegal should also get a fencing quota I’d imagine. Congo isn’t a strong as they were post-African Games four years ago. Cameroon has managed to miss multiple opportunities, so can’t really feel all that bad for them.
