It's rare to see someone be this much of a favorite in a monument, it's bizarre to see it for someone making his debut

Young  rider Leonard Kämna takes the win in a crash-affected Dauphiné today, after getting into the day’s breakaway & then attacking on the final climb up to Megève airport.  Roglič was in the crash earlier, but safely home now.

His long-expected first pro win, in fact. Bernal didn't start (back problems), Kruijswijk and Buchmann crashed out today, so three of last year's Tour de France top-4 are out.

He fell all the way down there, with the worst of luck he crashed into trees and rocks (although the trees might break his fall somewhat) into a little river.
