Recently Poland maybe send good performers- singers, but they don't stand out in any way. So I'd send Zenek once, just for fun; maybe there would be more interest, even if he didn't win anything. Sometimes it's better that way than finishing somewhere lower and not standing out nothing. -

Would that mean that France (women's 500m) and Uzbekistan (men's 1500m) pick up another distance to race since they are next in line and would not need another quota?
