 &  are strongest in continental level. 
 

 qualified 7 boxers from African qualifiers for Tokyo Olympics while  qualified 6 boxers. 
 

You can expect these two nations to get the most number of quotas , however this time limited quotas are allocated for continental qualifiers with more quotas reserved for world qualifiers at the end of the qualification cycle.
