Gold for Ivanie Blondin in the women’s 3000m at the ISU Nagano World Cup!

 

She did an interview with Olympics.ca this season, said she was in the form of her life. She really is, wow.

On the ISU feed they mentioned the last time she won a 3,000 it was in that same arena in 2019. 

Nice to see Fish seems to be finding his form again on the mens side after a few years of struggles. 

But geesh, that Stolz is gonna be a monster in 2026.

Yeah and she even contends in the 1500m now . I think she finished 4th

Looked visibly disappointed with the outcome.

Bronze for Isabelle Weidemann in the women’s 3000m and silver for Valerie Maltais in the women’s mass start at the ISU Beijing WC! 
 

Blondin was DQ’d in the mass start FYI.

Anders Johnson with the third best time of the year (world) in the 500m, meanwhile Connor Howe with the second best in the 1000 and third in the 1500 at the event in Calgary last week (admittedly its altitude)
