Interestingly they have used countback system for tie break, highest score from last end onwards counted, not sure they'll have a shoot out.

I think Reem had an absolute shocker in final round and has indeed finished at 108. That means :LBN :CHN :KAZ :TPE and :KUW have qualified for finals while :CHN :IND :JPN :KAZ :SGP will have a shoot-off to determine the last finalist. 

 

There are three quotas available and only China is ineligible.

Yeah It was a shocker for Reem 22,24,23,24 ,15 :facepalm:

 

Won't be very easy for Shreyasi in the shoot off!!

      great week for the  crews!    3 wins, 5 medals, a few good placings and Tita / Banti coming back just as good as they were in the Nacra 17, ending up in 4th place only because of a technical fail on their boat (which led them to abandon a race and to a DNS in the following one, when they were comfortably leading the overall standings )   sailing is slowly becoming one of our strongest Olympic sports

      Some participation stats from the LOC/OCA: "A total of 1,635 athletes from all 45 National Olympic Committees of the OCA are taking part in the 6th ABG. This figure comprises 959 male athletes and 676 female athletes. In addition, there are 924 team officials from the 45 NOCs.
