Expand We will have to wait for one of the oribiters orbiting the moon to send back photos of the lander to ascertain how much damage Vikram took. Also, Vikram is only designed to be operational for one lunar day. So, time to make contact is running out. Personally, I don't think we would be able to make contact with it now.
