They were counted sepatately in all the sports during Olympic qualifications. So right now they are to gran 2 male and 2 female quotas. -

As long as Italy shows us its beautiful culture and history (or whatever they plan) with decency and style - they can split ceremonies in multiple parts. I loved Athens, Beijing and London, Sochi was also decent. -

Ah ok, that's good. Do you happen to know if Russians and Belarussians are counted as the same, or are they - as in some sports - two separate sets of individual athletes (and therefore, in this case, two 'NOCs')? -
