Women's Volleyball FIVB Nations League 2019

11-15 in the last set. Such a shame and so close to a 2nd win in 32 matches, but still, this so young team getting this close is incredible. Very well done :cheer:

That Brazilian coach on the other hand is so annoying. Ugh. Cala a boca.

Dutch crowd so polite. If it were in our league things would be said much worse than a simple "Cala a boca" :d

Anyway, I think you deserved the victory.

Although the crowd is indeed pretty polite in sports that are not football here. If it were football, the referee's/coach's mother would probably earn her money in a shady way, according to the crowd.

Google translate told me this means “cove to mouth”, which I feel isn’t correct. Could you give me a hint down the right path here?

I don't believe it, do we actually have a decent team again :d?

My favourite Volleyball position: LIBERO. You ask why? Look here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyIOarNAONk

    • Regarding the swimming they have added the 800m for men and the 1500m for women so cutting numbers would be odd.
    • That quota I’ve been told by an athlete aiming to qualify who I know online.
    • Has the quota for Canada been offically confirmed anyway, or is that just a rumour? I can't find anything on google about it (nor the suggested quota for England's athletes someone posted earlier).   12 per gender would make sense (it's roughly what Canada sent to Birmingham). 12 overall seems dumb.
    • Some sports have qualification systems   3x3 basketball (wheelchair) Para-cycling Powerlifting Weightlifting
    • In the past few games, Canada (and other nations) was given an overall athlete quota which they then divided it through the various sports.
    • Whose decision was this, Team Canada's or the Organising committes?
    • I’ve been told there are no straight finals planned for the swimming.
    • I’m suprsied the games is still that big!
