Poor Reimer, that must be a terrible feeling, but well, every player is responsible of his own stick, and the penalty was indiscutable.

 

The only positive thing of thi whole tournament, is we are the only team that beat the champions

Thank you @hckosice and (I believe?) @NikolaB for very quickly confirming that Russia's team was indeed incredibly strong, right when it was announced  Bookmakers giving them odds of 2.5 was a good one indeed

The Russian team showed a lot of grit, I am legitimately impressed of how they came back from being down one goal and facing a penalty with two minutes left. Respect.

Not the German media by the way, they literally say they lost "a thriller against Russia" and no mention of 'Olympic athletes'
