Bit ridiculous to give the losing team a silver, if you ask me. Nice bronze for Lauriane Genest in the keirin as well! On a side note, anybody know why Kelsey Mitchell wasn’t competing? Our position in the women’s team sprint Olympic rankings is very vulnerable (mind you Canada still hasn’t competed in their Continental Championships, while other nations have), and Mitchell would’ve been a nice boost to bettering our 6th place finish.
