They have by far the best depth of all nations. Not sure if we have ever seen something like this, maybe Brazil had a comparable depth some decades ago.

If we assume that Benzema would normally be in their starting team, then this would be their 2nd/3rd team:

Maignan

L. Hernandez

Fofana

Saliba

Pavard

Camavinga

Kante

Coman

Nkunku

Diaby

Giroud

Areola

Mendy

Kimpembe

Konate

Kalulu

Pogba

Ndombele

Saint-Maximin

Fekir

Rutter

Kolo Muani

Digne, Disasi, Ndicka, Soumare, Kamara, Lemar, Thuram, Simakan, Badiashile, Koné, Guendouzi, Kalimuendo, Lacazette, Gouiri, Ekitiké, Bamba, Aouar, Mukiele, Lukeba, M. Dembele, Cherki, Ikoné, Martial, Cho, Gusto, Tolisso, Lenglet, Gourna-Douath ...

I think their 3rd best team would still be at least on par with any other team except Portugal/Brazil/England.

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

Rafael van der Vaart on Dutch TV talking about Pepe (they played together at Real Madrid): "Everyone hates him because he has kicked everything that moves, but really, and you won't believe it by just watching his matches, but once you get to know him you'll see he's the sweetest and kindest guy you can imagine."

Not sure how I feel about Portugal winning because next Saturday I’ll be in Antwerpen… :d

Not joking when I'm telling you to not wear anything that shows you are Portuguese, at least after the match :p

Or just stay in your hotel or wherever you're staying :d

I hope that with Gismondi will be different, especially since she was already a great talent in her junior years. The problem in Italy is that for the past 15 years, aside from Pellegrino, there has been a miss of stability in other athletes: there are some booms of excellent form, but later they disappear. I also worry that funding for cross-country skiing will be cut after the Cortina Olympics.
