People booing the Slovenian anthem. Good to know not just we Dutch (where lots of idiots were booing the Austrian anthem) have amoebae among the 'fans' :p

This is becoming a really annoying trend among the lowlifes in the stadium..

speaking of anthems....

So now we have one side of the bracket with Spain, Germany, France, Portugal… will we have another walk in the park for England if they win today and get to avoid all this until the final?

Looks like second round England vs Netherlands and the Quarters again Italy.....

Apart from Group C this group phase has been totally fine. Late goal drama for Scotland, Croatia (twice) and Czechia, great upset from Austria to win against Netherlands and beat France who lack prowess to score a field goal (although I still think they don't look too bad), Spain and Germany who play nice football and a very open group E where still anybody could go out.

Apart from Turkey vs Georgia , majority of matches are boring except Spain who played some very fine football and Belgium playing aggressive and offensive football , late goals drama doesn't mean that it was an interesting Scotland vs Hungary was too boring and ofc Austria is one of the most few good things of Euros this year

So right now Italy qualifies if things stand,  but who will qualify Denmark or Slovenia as they are tied for everything, only fair play will split them

    • I think they incorrectly translated Ukrainian word "nahorody" - it is not a full synonym of "medal". Its cocrrect translation is "award". Meanwhile russian tennis playes switched for Potapova ->  Rakhimova ->
    • Ukrainian diver Lyskun switches allegiance to Russia, loses all medals | Olympics News | Al Jazeera   'loses all medals'   I would assume Al Jazeera could have been a bit clearer and mention this would presumably only be national medals. I mean, it's not like the Ukrainian federation, or any single federation for that matter, has the power to strip her of her world and European championships medals I hope (not for her sake, but because that would be a super weird precedent)
    • That's what I'd plan as well (except for MelFest), but I also know I am hypocritical enough to still want to watch the show and have a fun evening
    • Confirmation about the broadcasting rights.   If I'm reading it right, for most of Europe it will now be exclusive to Discovery/Eurosport or whatever brand they use.     For outside Europe, it's on YouTube.
