3 additional quotas for the host mens relay. but all 3 remaining will still have to meet the required criterias for start. right now they have only 1 assured quota for the individual events.

nope. Only 1 athlete will compete in the individual events. the 3 additional quotas are only for the mens relay (they still must meet the criterias for start) and one of them will also be part of the mixed relay.
