In this message board, is there way to ignore/hide certain forums or threads?  I am a part of another online community where that is an option, and didn't know if that feature was available here.

No, that's currently not possible. But you can "IGNORE" users, which is surely more useful   an you show me the community whtere is this option? I will check if it's the same CMS we are using here, if so maybe there is a plugin which allows us to add this.

 

Anyway, I think ignoring certain forums/threads would be useful only not to display them in the "Latest Replies" box. For the rest of situations, you just can avoid opening it if you are not interested.

And to all, there was a feature I just discovered that may be useful to others.  It's a way to change what you see when you click on a Forum thread, specifically a way to automatically jump to the last comment you've seen, or the last comment posted (instead of the default setting of going to the top of the first page if you click the title).

 

To do this, just click your username in the top right and click Account Settings.  Then find Content View Behavior in the list on the left and you can change it.  Hope that helps!

Still running slow for me. Gave me a 502 Bad Gateway error just now, but then was able to get in. Will continue to monitor later today.
