I don't understand the judo qualification process. How many athlete will compete in each class?

At minimum 10 (from the rankings) then it depends on where the remaining three ranking quotas, host and tripartite quotas end up.

Acording to some sources, the 2017 Mediterranian Games can be moved to 2018 due to financial problems and the political scene in Spain.

What stupid choice... Why don't move the games in another country? We know that Spain will have problems in 2018 too.

It took me a while to figure out that they mean the overall games will have parity, not each sport
