Looks like 90% of competitions are some weird combat and equestrian events.

We don't need it, just like we don't need a multi-sport competition for countries that happen to be situated around a random piece of water (Mediterranean Games). But since it doesn't hurt anyone, why not?

I have seen a video with kok-boru rules and the speaker said that player who consumed alcohol or drug before the game can't play. Why?  

It will be funny to see the Games with petanque, basque pelota, gorodki and something like this.
