dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #41 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Harada 66.444% Thompson 68.214% There were few glitches here and there for Thompson, which pushed the score down. Should have been ahead of Brown tbh. Advantage Australia. #banbestmen
dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #42 Share Posted August 6, 2022 What a test for Ferreira! Exactly 70% and a big PB. Goes into 5th place. Unreal. konig 1 #banbestmen
dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #43 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Trouble for Australia as Mary Hanna has withdrawn from competition. Now every score will have to count for them, just as it does for their rivals from Japan and New Zealand. #banbestmen

Agger 1,591 Posted August 6, 2022 #45 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Ikke-Pia v.d. Bergerhoeve is quite a name! (Ikke-Pia would mean not Pia in Danish) dcro and CCB
dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #46 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Hughues got pissed here at the Danish audience clapping. Shouldn't matter really. If your horse spooks at people clapping, then it's a hole in your training. End of story. I'm sure the British team will file a complaint however... #banbestmen
dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #47 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Dinja van Liere takes the lead. It was good, but I was not that impressed. Don't let the Dutch selectors fool you. This ride was their expected strongest. Sadly, Carina & Danciera are not quite on their Tokyo/Leipzig form. Still enough to go just above Rasmussen. #banbestmen
dcro 10,182 Posted August 6, 2022 #48 Share Posted August 6, 2022 Nightmare ride for Holzer whose Valentine stops in the first piaffe, refuses in the second. Danish audience clapping at the end was a bit much in this case. At any rate, the USA is on the back-foot now. Duerrhammer's 70.8% will have to count. This puts them 2% behind Spain in 6th place. Would be absolutely awful for Pan America if they failed to qualify here. #banbestmen

CCB 455 Posted August 6, 2022 #50 Share Posted August 6, 2022 No idea why the two best Dutch riders Gal and Minderhoud are not participating in this World Cup. Tomorrow two riders that I have never heard of will start. That doesn't bode well. I don't think the Netherlands will even make it to the top 6.
