Sagan seemed angry at Van Aert mostly. Or at himself, which wouldn't be illogical neither, but seems less realistic

The sprint of Van Aeart was semi-fair. Probably enough for penalty.

 

Just 78 of 176 riders finished in peloton.

So in terms of GC riders some lost time for Uran and Martin, and the Bahrain boys although one can wonder if they can still be counted as GC riders after the....issues of the past days

For safety reasons, there is a 3km crash limit before the end of the race.  Because he was caught up in a crash, he lost no time. If the crash had been 10km from the end, he would indeed have lost time.
