Isn’t even a surprise to me given our horrible Olympic qualification period, but good grief.

WSL is extremely difficult to qualify for, a lot of the surfers still alive in the race for an Olympic quota aren’t/weren’t on it either. On your last point, same. She missed out on Paris 2024 which is quite disappointing, but she’s still very young she’ll have plenty of chances in the future (LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032)
