As always :ITA  unlucky .......

 

  • The group winners and the three runners-up with the best record against the sides first, third, fourth and fifth in their sections will join hosts England in the final tournament.
  • The other six runners-up will play off in October 2020 for the remaining three berths in the 16-team finals to be held the following summer.
  • Cyprus are making their senior competitive debut while Kosovo are also in their first Women's EURO.

Following various inspection visits by FIFA and further meetings with the Peruvian Football Association (FPF), and in view of a number of organisational and infrastructure challenges linked to the event delivery, the Bureau of the FIFA Council has decided that the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2019 will no longer be staged in Peru.

 

No official confirmation yet but Brazil should host the competition, because according to Conmebol it is the only south american nation capable of hosting in short notice (it will host the Copa América just a few months earlier, so probably the same venues will be used).
