No, only 3 teams qualify, so you need more than 4 points (=2 wins) I think.

Theoretically it is possible to advance with 4 points. For example:

1 - 10p (5-0-0)

2 - 8p (4-0-1)

3 - 4p (2-0-3)

4 - 4p (2-0-3)

5 - 2p (1-0-4)

6 - 2p (1-0-4)

Even 3 points if four teams would have them. But still win against Argentina won't ensure Angola's advance.
