Verstappen wins ahead of LeClerc & Sainz. The race brought some action after the safety car but it seems like TV director missed most of that anyway.

Luckily we got some shots of people standing in the pit boxes and sitting on the grandstands!

Leclerc had DRS for several laps and couldn't overtake Verstappen. I insist that it's the cars that prevent action.

An IndyCar race there would be thrilling.

Meh. Maybe the start would be fun, if for once all drivers would actually be capable of simply performing a rolling start - which is an extreme rarity in IndyCar races on non-ovals, 9 out of 10 times they just aren't able to do that. At least in the previous race the race director finally waved the yellow for a retry when the field was, as per usual, all messed up before the start.

As we saw yesterday, there was quite some overtaking action, just less in the top-3 (which is fairly common).

Sergio Perez wins Monaco GP after Ferarri blew the strategy before the red flag. @mrv86

Perez has 3 F1 wins now, one more than Pedro Rodriguez.

That race was quite something. Long ago since I've seen four drivers in the fight for the win so deep in the race (apart from a last lap safety car or so). I know it's Monaco and so not a lot of overtaking chances, but there was a non-stop tension whether or not one of them would end up making a crucial mistake.

Perez should go and thank Sainz privately for being behind him, otherwise he would have gotten the bow down to your leader team order. F1 has been pretty good this year, but today was very dull. Let alone it was Monaco, where very few interesting things have happened after 2010, but they delayed the race, for what it seemed an eternity and then didn't even finish the full distance, because you know... TV time something something. Lame.
