Aiyanna Stiverne (51.33, 2nd fastest)
Kyra Constantine (51.59, 3rd fastest)

Alyssa Marsh (51.83, 5th fastest)

Men’s 4x400m

Jalon White (46.78, 5th fastest, thought he had a worse leg for some reason)

Marco Arop (45.97, 4th fastest)

Christopher Morales-Williams (44.60, 1st fastest)

Myles Misner-Daley (47.67, 7th fastest, but he slowed down after it was looking unlikely that Canada would grab a quota)

Also, slightly unrelated, but the men’s 4x100m relay said they were only trying to qualify for Paris and save themselves for the final so I’m not too worried.

Right now the best possible men’s 4x400m lineup is Arop, Misner-Daley, Robinson, White IMO.

And for mixed, I would switch Floyd with Arop. Double is tough, but doable.
