infact I named them "the Olympic Games of the non-Olympic Sports"...:p

however, we can also forget about the World Games...that's not a problem for me...;)

Gabon and Bolivia have already been mentioned and shouldn't be on the list.

If you count the IFBB World Championships (Bodybuilding and Fitness, results by year here

https://ifbb.com/contest-report-2018/) the following have won at least a gold:

Iraq

Oman

Libya

Malta

Iceland

Why only gold medal? I'm pretty sure it was any medal on the old forum. :mumble:

Yes. The old thread was about medals in any sport. I remember Angola earned a medal in Jiu Jitsu or something.

Edit: Yes, I was right, and a world title nonetheless. It was in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, though. Source: Wikipedia.

Time to revive this thread. Malawi won a bronze medal at the 2016 Fast5 Netball World Series. Not a gold medal, I know, and not quite the World Championships, but a huge achievement for Malawi nonetheless.
