Last month + these 2 days of November has been amazing for finnish NHL players

well, they still have Greiss who's 3rd in the same stats...I don't think that letting Halak go was their dumbest move...they made a lot worse than that...

After 5 consecutive losses Chicago Blackhawks have fired Joel Quenneville, he´ll be replaced by 33 years old Jeremy Colliton, who becomes currently the youngest coach in NHL

It seems that Tomas Plekanec is doing what Pavel Datsyuk did a few seasons ago. Retire from NHL to go play in the home country for the rest of the career.

Christián Jaroš scored last night his first careers NHL goal.  He is now the 67th Slovak player to scores at least 1 goal in NHL

67 is quite good number for us, remember that before 1989 our players couldn´t legally play abroad. only a couple of them succeeded to defect and became NHL stars like the Šťastný brothers. the biggest amount of our NHLers happened during the golden era in early 2000´s. Now the number is considerably lower and much more realistic for us than for example the 40 players Slovakia had there in 2004 or 2005
