Takes 30 secs off her PB, but while cold windy conditions are good for us , but did not help the race.

Had a great experience in Hengelo today at the FBK games!

 

Highlights for me were both the 400m hurdles and for some reason the javelin.

What is the story with Sifan Hassan this year?  No show at either Oregon or Hengelo.  Injuries? Loss of form?  Expecting an angelic visitation?

Since that was their WCh selection, that makes sense  

 

Too bad for McColgan though, having to do it all on her own because of that.

Last I heard she had a mental dip after Tokyo and is now taking a slightly longer preparation before racing again.

Yesterday's evening session at the Polish Nationals was wiped out due to thunderstorms & rain so the action kicked off at 11:00 am today. Ewa Swoboda won the 100m dash with 10.99 (+ 2,4 wind so it won't count as official).
