Hopefully Luitz can finally show performances like that consistantly. Everyone always knew that he can have random podium finishes, but he never fully used his potential until now because he made too many big mistakes on a regular basis. Luitz was pretty consistent in the year before his injury. From January to December 2017 he finished in the top 5 in all World Cups in Giant Slalom. We'll see, if it can continue like this or if the mistakes from his earlier Career will return.

Monzanator 4,452 Posted December 4, 2018 #345 Share Posted December 4, 2018 They have 14 days deadline in which the event must be confirmed IIRC. They can't ship artificial snow for a DH course.

Monzanator 4,452 Posted December 4, 2018 #347 Share Posted December 4, 2018 For the record, Christine Scheyer suffered a torn ACL in that LL fall and is out for the season. You could guess as much three seconds after the fall.
