The 12 songs that will receive at least one point from the Netherlands have been selected and even ranked 

 

Do I need to select some reserve songs as well?

Have you PM'ed all countries that haven't shown any sings of voting yet? If they react today, you might think about adding another day if it would mean we could get a couple of more participating countries..

If your top 12 consists only of the songs from countries that have already voted, then you're in the clear and you don't need reserves. (It is highlighted in the first page who has voted)
