So what was the time needed by ITF to reach an "individual analysis of each athlete". 5 minutes ?

What a tragic farce.

I thinlk most federation have done analisys like this before today.

And yet we had cases like Sharapova. Clearing them in five minutes is unprofessional, they are supposed to make individual analysis of each athlete.

They didn't even try to pretend they did... Even waiting a couple of days was too much asking, they probably cleaned the athletes before this guy even had the chance to talk.

"Very strict criterias"

Tennis isn't athletics or weightlifting. Competitions are every week. It's more like a football. It is difficult to hide something. Sharapova's case it shows And the most of Russian tennis players live and train in the United States, Dubai, Spain and come home once or twice a year (Fed Cup or Davis). But the main accusation towards Russia, that the government was hiding and substitute tests in Moscow and Sochi laboratories. And ITF is confident athletes who test laboratories around the world, with all the negative results.

Indeed, tennis isn't athletics or weightlifting, these two sports have a somewhat marginal efficient anti-doping program. Tennis has not. It has a communication policy (that very rarely goes out of tracks like in Sharapova's case). Using it as a "very strict criteria" to judge the cleaness of any athletes is taking us for complete idiots.

    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
