Couldn't watch the race but was expecting Norway/France/Samuelson to be on the podium and it turned out to be an absolute suprise ! Kuen and Smolski on podium wow

British ES comms put it down as the transition from low level training - France & Norway - to an altitude race.

The French do train a large part at altitude, as they live almost everything simply at altitude :mumble:

Hana Sola :cheer: :BLR

Destroying everyone out there with the exception of Braisaz Bouchet winning silver despite 2 misses and Roiseland finishing 3rd despite 0-0 and 50.3s behind absolutely shocking. Maybe Sola can target cross country next.

Few Takeaways :

1. Bendika had a chance to win a World Cup medal if not the miss on the 10th shot.

2.Stina Nilsson finished  16th, 1:33(1+1) behind ahead of Elvira Oeberg

3.Ida Lien missed out on a medal by 2.2s (0+0) .

4. Caroline Colombo finished a creditable 21st. (1+0)

Every team made changes.

That's suprising maybe Norway wants to use these relays as practice for Olympics.

    • Italy is much better in alpine skiing, in The end all Nations have a Limited Talent Pool. • Thanks, great stat! Tannheimer wont turn 20 until August 2025, so she has The whole Season To Join Kristiansen and Neuner. Too Bad that she was ill this week. I think Galmace Paulin and Tänglander could also do it. I think Grotian (born 2004) is The First female Biathlete born after 1999 To make a World Cup Podium. On The Mens side multiple Athletes (Perrot, Giacomel, Uldal) have already done it.   E. Öberg was 22 and a half when she First won.  Dahlmeier was 21 and a half.   Edit: Grotian only narrowly missed The Podium in The Individual at The 2024 World Championships when she was still  19 year old.
