Same thing happened at the Worlds last year... My theory is that FINA/LEN are paying them not to enter so that sport looks more competitive.

It's another sport.. it isn't syncro... It's more aerobic than the classic version and Ukraina is the strongest team in the world. Russia have big troubles with this event, they are 3rd in the world... or wrost. I think that they want just seems unbeatable, nothing more.
