Very sad that Tortu was beaten by two non-europeans, but his time will come. Organizers should be fair in the future and just allow people from all over the world to compete at the european championships.

Anguilla can't compete at Olympics and is a British overseas territory... so, strange to say, but Miguel Francis was born in Europe and grow in Europe
