Based on this, they refused all the quotas in Equestrian, Tennis and Triathlon + other sports in which they'll go with much less athletes than qualified (Diving, Shooting).

Nah, he's 52 in ranking. He can easily qualify without this.

 

Probably they gave him a big paycheck to show up.
