Trinidad and Tobago qualified in Men's K1 1000m, as the 5th and last boat. All the other boats had a competitor previously qualified, so only 6 could compete for the spot. As you correctly said USA got one of the spots, which due to them exceding the quota in men's kayak, will be reallocated.

AS I understand, each participating country will get an extra place, but the exact mechanic to allocate them is not clear to me.

If the USA is one of the five nations in K1 1000m, we have Canada, Uruguay, Colombia and Belize who finished ahead of T/T. So how can T/T qualify?

Canada's competitor gained a quota yesterday in K2 1000, unless I got his name wrong.

Which means Canada will enter 5 kayak men 5 kayak women and 3 each in canoe = 16.

And it's Bermuda the only country that didn't qualify a gymnast to Lima.

I have Argentina at 11 ? And Jamaica is not confirmed yet, till COPAC announces wild cards?

Do you know how redistribution works? Is it per discipline or just overall?

Hopefully Belize will be a contender for a tripartite place for Tokyo.

Their male athlete's timing were not the best but he did beat competitors. With training (they train in Canada) anything is possible
