Well it seems we will have some changes in medal table

this will give Kyrgyzstan the 3rd gold medal. Japan will be upgraded to silver and Vietnam will win a bronze medal. the Vietnamese girl wrestled twice and got beaten badly in both of them and now she will be awarded by a bronze medal :d

I removed all non-Olympic events that I could. For clarification weightlifting was left as is while in karate I only removed the lightest weightclass as I cannot combine the two heavier weightclasses.

I was wondering what happened to our men's relay team and just watched that. :cry: that was a mistake from Ehsan Asrar who left no chance for Alipour cousins to make a comeback. Chinese girl team did the same mistake in bronze medal match vs Iran but since they were MUCH better they still managed to win the bronze.

 

there is a HUGE gap between Indonesia and China with the rest (only Iran men's team was in their level) I still can't understand how come they let countries to enter two teams. it could be at least two bronze medals for Iran :wall:

      It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.

      Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt

      The problem is, the World Cup is not a local event. Overall it's another storm in a teacup. LGBT rights in Muslim countries won't change a damn inch becuse of one soccer match in Seattle
