Athletics at the European Championships 2022

I remember that Germans are known for being strictly punctual, but like, nearly every single event that I plan to follow is always late :p

The Swedish Hockey Legend Börje Salming is in Munich to support his daughter Bianca. She compete in heptathlon. I’m still heartbroken for Börje’s awful disease ALS. All support for Börje, Bianca and their family in this terrible time for them.

FINALLY A FINAL for Lithuania :)

I'd imagine 64 metres should be good enough for a top 12 here.

But he does look out of from as well....... What has happened to Lithuanian team? :mumble:

Mykolas had such a long season that I'm not entirely surprised if he won't be able to peak again for the ECH final.

After 9 years of trying and probably during her most problematic season ever, former European U23 champion Dovilė Kilty finally qualified to a senior triple jump final.

God damn it, I was coming over here to say that our melting man qualified to the final, but you beat me to it with the melting joke.

As for Mykolas Alekna, he's mostly training in California, so heat is nothing new to him this season, plus he's built much much slimmer than an average discus thrower.
