Aragon  leaders reject the new version of the concept that has recently been unveiled, as unfair.

Worse, they are now threatening to launch a solo bid, although the chances of success are nil, the COE having at the same time made it known that Spain would submit a joint bid – here including Aragon and Catalonia – or n would present none .
