We still have questions about rus.

Since russian NOC (ROC) is officially suspended and cannot perform its functions as the NOC according to the IOC statement ROC cannot accept quoats.

Sure. There's lots to still be figured out. I don't think anyone can definitively say anything about Russia or Belarus yet (for most sports).

The UCI lists them (separately) as ****

So I'm pretty sure Wikipedia is completely incorrect. Here's my interpretation of the quotas.

Please let me know if there's any mistakes

Men:

World Rankings (4 quotas each): :BEL:DEN:SLO:GBR:FRA

World Rankings (3 quotas each): :ESP:NED:ITA:AUS:USA

World Rankings (2 quotas each): :SUI:POR:COL:NOR:GER:AUT:IRL:CAN:KAZ:NZL

World Rankings (1 quota each): :ERI:RUS:ECU:POL:LAT:MAR:CZE:HUN:MGL:JPN:ALG:SVK:UZB:LUX:GRE:RSA:VEN:ISR:EST:TUR:PAN:THA:ARG:UKR:CHN

2023 World Championships (1 quota each): :SWE

2023 African Championships (1 quota each): :MRI:UGA

2023 Asian Championships (1 quota each): :KOR:IRI

2023 Pan American Championships (1 quota each): :URU:BRA

Reallocated Host/World Championship Quotas: :RWA:CRC:HKG

Women:

World Rankings (4 quotas each): :NED:ITA:BEL:SUI:POL

World Rankings (3 quotas each): :GBR:AUS:FRA:GER:CAN

World Rankings (2 quotas each): :DEN:USA:AUT:NZL:ESP:RSA:UZB:NOR:SLO:CHN

2023 Asian Championships (1 quota each): :VIE:MAS

But this calculation is only for Road Race? Because Time Trial's quotas aren't included

Pikulik or Kopecky places could be reallocated later?

There's no individual qualification for road racing so I'm not sure what you mean by this?

Belgium and Poland both have the maximum four based on the world rankings

Both surely will qualify in track racing.

Track racing is separate and based on countries too

So Belgium are likely to qualify in the Madison but it isn't tied to Kopecky.

They can choose who they want but no more than 4 can enter in the road race. If Kopecky is one (she will be), then it's on the basis of Belgium qualifying four in the road race, not anything to do with track.

I am going to admit - I was not expecting :POL to add close to 20% to their total in the final week of racing but I am a bit confused because Dominika Wlodarczyk went from 359 points to 395 without seeming to have raced.

If you click into an athlete on the UCI ranks, you can see their counting results

    • There is a saying to never trust a Russian in gymnastics. Well, ex-Russian turned Bulgarian Elvira Krasnobaeva is transferring now to Armenia.   The "official" reason is for personal, family matters, but in reality it's most likely because she wasn't selected for Paris, which angered her parents. Even though she is only 16, had her breakthrough just this year and started making mistakes, when they amped up the difficulty.   Our Federation's President Iliana Raeva said today, that she received calls also from France and Azerbaijan about Elvira's mother basically auctioning her. Raeva mentioned, that Krasnobaeva was going to be a vocal point in the next Olympic cycle, but now she can hit the road and missed her chance to ever compete for Bulgaria, even if she wanted to in the future.    We are also going to make a new Group from next season. After the disappointment in Paris, 4 out of the 5 girls announced their retirement.
    • true, but was expecting India to get troubles from Australia, not from New Zealand, and specially not by being bowled out. Makes the group phase interesting though
    • The 4th best team in the world beating the 3rd best team in the world is not a huge surprise though.
    • I’ve been recently introduced by some friends to cricket (or the t20 version of it, at least) and actually liked it so I’m following the World Cup that’s happening during this month
