Question on the walking events. Is it possible to post an Olympic qualifying time in a race where all the judges come from the same country as the competitor?

At quick glance, it seems only the right qualification is needed. Although I'd expect the criteria for all B+ events is to have judges from multiple countries.

I saw in our media outlets that there are now 3 Israeli qualified to the marathon by meeting time standards, after the Seville Marathon, can anyone confirm this?

from what i know Tachlowini can not compete in the olympics for israel yet and if he will be in the olympics he will be as a refugee like in tokyo (finished 16th) but we also have maro teferi with a qualifing time

Updated Men's section from last week's Seville Marathon, for some reason WA didn't post Men's at same time as Women's. @DnlI can officially confirm what @Joshsaid was true.
