Can't think of anything more efficient than creating a department on government efficiency and nominating not one but two people to lead it.   This has really strong "giving the two most annoying people you know busywork" energy

About the pictograms: I usually fail to see how they are tied to some city or country anyway, a slightly different line or font isn't going to make me think "Ah, Italy!" or "Yep, that's China!", so I am very happy with these ones  They look super recognizable, especially for the Summer Olympics it's often a puzzle to connect every pictogram with a sport, here it's very clear  

It's not just some dog, Babydog is an icon of West Virginian politics!
