  1. Some Olympic fencing champion somehow made it to the race.
  2. Some pretty massive MeToo-things going on in Denmark, sadly including the world of politics where more than 300 women who are or have been active in politics have signed a letter stating that they've been targets of sexism including 79 specific stories ranging from offensive comments to actual sexual assault. I know and trust plenty of those women making it hurt even more to read the stories feeling extremely blind about what has been going on (I knew of a few specific stories but really didn't think it was at this extent) https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-54246009
  3. Youtube didn't want to pay enough per play to satisfy KODA who collects money for Danish artists.
  4. I'll go for the stroopwafeln and beer instead! Oh and... will do their best to participate. We'll see how when it comes to finding the best way for people to hear the song.
  5. I'm in no way the right person to consider the mental health of the presidential candidates, but there are some major problems about Trump's personality. When even the "leader" of Danes for Trump says that he's an idiot it does say something (he likes his political ideas and results, though). A man who really seems more like a child when told that he is wrong (and fires everybody who aren't ready to lick his boots). Whenever somebody challenges him, he answers with either lies or claims about fake news, he has an obsession with how people see him and has no trouble treading on others. Biden certainly isn't without weaknesses and I would hope for a stronger candidate 8though I'm without doubt more positive than most others in this thread). He does have his gaffers (but he has for a long time, not just after getting old) just like Trump (who certainly don't correct them either). Though it's a clear sign of the way things are moving in the US (and sadly several other democratic countries) it is saddening how little things become about politics and so much about a single person.
  6. Are we really gonna have a highly questionable extremely right wing biased media as one of the main sources for this thread?
  7. Mads Pedersen, Søren Kragh and Magnus Cort were all pretty damn good juniors and I would dare say that they've all had pretty decent breakthroughs
  8. Not so long ago you would have said the same about the Danish
  9. And Tour de l'Avenir the year before. With not Tour of California this year, everything is set for a Norwegian winner next year!
  10. Well. It does follow your country's love of it's national anthem and the pledge of allegiance!
  11. Meanwhile the big hunt for the time limit is on! Considering the names more than 20 minutes after the lead, it's gonna be tough!
  12. Hey, don't fuck with Mørkøv! But well, those first stages usually give the jersey to non-climbers.

  14. Meanwhile it's still one of the top sprinters leading the pack ... What is this?
  15. Things are getting pretty desperate when a 4 months old interview is suddenly the talk of town among Trump campaign staff.
  16. I believe that's pretty close to the movies that came out while the cinemas were closed here in Denmark. Sure it's something else than movies originally considered for streaming services and I don't quite agree with the idea, but it's just not exclusive to Disney.
  17. At least here in Denmark that has been the way with movies that didn't go to the cinema due to covid
  18. I believe it's a Jewish tradition.
  19. Let's just once again make one thing clear! ASO changed the points system. That's their right and if they believe that makes a more interesting competition that's completely fair. Meanwhile it's the UCI Commissaires making the decision, both when disqualifying Sagan in 2017 and relegating him now.
  20. No major change of line from van Aert. And if he should never show again for the race, he would need to stay away from every single UCI race. It's not ASO making that decision
  21. A bit questionable sprint by Sagan. Could be up for discussion. But he's looking a lot stronger than in the start.
  22. Let's remember that there are more than 300 nominees and at least last year he was nominated as well (by the same Norwegian politician (considering that it's really secret)
